We are delighted to announce that Dr. Jannis Grimm's dissertation “Contesting Legitimacy: Protest and the Politics of Signification in Post-Revolutionary Egypt,” was selected as this year’s best dissertation on Middle East and North African politics by the APSA MENA section of the American Political Science Association. A member of the award committee will read a citation honoring this achievement at the section business meeting at the APSA annual conference in Montreal.
